Free UK Mainland Delivery
We offer Free Delivery on all our products to the UK Mainland, with exception to Highlands of Scotland where a surcharge is applicable. Postcodes which are subject to a delivery surcharge are as follows; IV, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-40, PH41, PH49-50. Offshore addresses such as Isle of Man will also be subject to surcharges. Please note we are unable to deliver to Northern & Southern Ireland. Please call the office with regard to stockists in your area.
Highlands of Scotland/ Channel Islands & Isle of Man
Deliveries to these areas are subject to an additional Delivery Surcharge. To find out the cost of this surcharge please contact us on 01443 816982 prior to placing your order. Delivery to this area takes longer than normal deliveries. These Deliveries should take approx. 2-3 working days in most areas.
Delivery Outside the UK
We currently do not offer delivery outside of the UK. Hopefully once the customs clearance process has been tried and tested we will begin to offer this service again.
Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay any custom charges that may be incurred with deliveries outside of the UK.
Next Working Day Delivery
Most products on our website are delivered Next Working Day when the order is placed by 2.30pm. Orders received after this cut off time will be delivered the following day. All products will be automatically dispatched so if you do not want your product the next working day please use the contact us form to let us know your required delivery date. You must advise us before 3pm at the latest otherwise your order will be shipped next working day. We can deliver Monday- Friday.
Additional Delivery Information:
Most items are delivered using a one man courier. This means the delivery driver will deliver to your front door and is not insured to enter your house. If you live in a block of flats or apartments then the driver will only deliver to the ground floor lobby or communal area. If you require assistance to take your product upstairs then you will need to make suitable arrangements yourself. You may request that the driver helps you take your Order into your home but this is at the discretion of the individual driver. If the driver does agree to help then please note that any damage to your property is under your household insurance as we are unable to accept liability for any damage to possessions or property during delivery
All items will require a signature for delivery. So someone will need to be at home to sign for the product. If you are not home and the delivery company cannot deliver the product they will leave a calling card with a contact number advising you how you can contact them to rearrange delivery. You must contact the courier within 48 hours to rearrange delivery. Failure to do this could result in the product being returned to us. This may then result in additional shipping costs which we reserve the right to charge you for.
If you are ordering multiple items your delivery could arrive on a pallet. You will be contacted to advise of this. Once the delivery has been booked In you will be expected to arrange assistance to help you remove the products from the pallet when it arrives. Delivery will be to the nearest access point. If you live In a block of flats the item will be delivered to the ground floor lobby/communal area and you will need to make provision to take the product to your home. You will also need to check the delivery and sign for it. If you are not home to receive the delivery after it has been arranged by you we have the right to charge you a redelivery cost. You will need to contact us to rearrange delivery with the courier. Our couriers are not insured to enter your home. If they do so at your discretion we are unable to accept any liability for any damage to possessions or property during your delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for any losses or costs incurred as a result of late deliveries regardless of the cause. We will do our utmost to ensure our customer is kept informed at all times and try and resolve the issue with the couriers at the earliest possible time.
We do not accept returns on clearance items
