My bookcase is utterly beautiful. I loved the fact that customer service rang me the day before delivery to check the day was ok. It said 2-3 working days after ordering. Two days later it arrived. I'm very pleased with my Florence shelving unit. It arrived within a week of ordering with virtually no assembly required. It's very stylish and is definitely a step up from IKEA and such a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great side table. Fits perfectly at the end of the sofa. Great size and plenty of room for a small lamp; the additional storage is a bonus. Ordering was easy, and delivery communicated really well. Third time I’ve purchased from Jual and can’t fault them in either their furniture or their customer service. Wish other, larger companies were half as good.

The order was pretty much next day delivery. The courier had damaged the box badly and so I refused to accept delivery. It was sorted out promptly and my new order placed immediately. The item was exactly what I was hoping for. Sturdy, and assembled easily. Thank you.

Our order was delivered on Wednesday. Unfortunately it won't get assembled until we move into our new home in September, so I can't review the quality of the pieces (but I'm sure they'll be just great!). What I can comment on however is the customer service. All the ladies I spoke with were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, they certainly went the extra mile and I very much appreciate their help.
